Pros: I spent two nights here, and I must say that the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff was greatly appreciated. The hotel is centrally located and clean. Pros: I was very impressed by the friendly and supportive team at this hotel. From the helpful manager to the welcoming reception staff, the restaurant with its delicious food, and the attentive cleaning staff—everyone took great care of me. Asante sana! The place looks just like the pictures and is very clean. The location is also great—most things to do in the city are within walking distance.

I had a comfortable stay and will return if i travel again for work.

Pros: The hotel is in a busy place next to the market and many shops. It's quite accessible on foot or motorized transport. Their food is great. Its good value for money for a budget hotel. They have a nice solid study desk, which is very useful when travelling for work.

Cons: Some rooms are quite dark due to neighboring buildings. I got one such, but the staff were able to change me to a much brighter room which was much better.

Happy with my stay

Pros: The accommodation was good value for the money. The bed was nice, aircon was working. Staff was nice and helpful. Restaurant was good. I stayed there twice for one night on each stay. I think for few nights it is a very good accommodation.

Cons: I think it would be useful to have towel for the bathroom as when I showered the water went everywhere, but it dried quickly. Otherwise, all was good.
