Pros: Nice location, well maintained facility and decent breakfast.

Cons: Online booking through booking.com did not have all room options yet the hotel insisted they had triple rooms. I had to book 4 rooms for my party of 7 yet I only needed 3 rooms.

Pros: Venus is a very good hotel, although we stayed only one night, The Staff in the hotel were very welcoming, the room was spacious and the bed was good too WIFI in was very good, everything was convenient for us, the chef was in the restaurant exceptionally very good he made a very good dinner for us and breakfast. Would always like to return.

Pros: Stayed here before and after our safari. Very clean, extensive dinner options at the restaurant and staff were all very helpful and polite. We were very pleased with our stay here.

Pros: The room is comfy to stay. The Asian food in restaurant is delicious and with choices from African, Italian and Indian.

Cons: The restaurant open from 7:00 a.m. which is not friendly for tourists leaving for safari early.

Pros: Really nice for the area. Good room and facilities. Location is good. Just off Main Street so not too busy, but within walking distance.

Pros: We went to the restaurant twice and the food was really good, with many options on the menu. The only thing that in our opinion can be improved is the food preparation time since we waited around 1hour to be served.

A good hotel with excellent staff .

Pros: The staff especially the staff at the restaurant. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The location was also excellent nearby to Maasai Market and other attractions.
