I will recommend the hotel to anyone

Pros: Friendly staff very welcoming they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable

Cons: The towels in the bathroom were too worn out they could do with new set. I ended up staying there for four weeks in the junior suit but TV was not working and wi fi was poor Breakfast was okay but not the best. My family enjoyed the pool and the garden, buffet at dinner times was amazing overall apart from the minor issues I would recommend the hotel to anyone

Relaxing and well nourished

Pros: The staff provided exceptional service; from the front desk, to the chefs, waitresses and concierge services. They were attentive and resolved all arising matters as swiftly as they could. The food was absolutely amazing!

Cons: For a conference centre not to provide laptops in the venues was a bit unusual and some of the breakout rooms were not suitable. We used the main hall and a stage was set up, but they did not have a cover for the stage, it looked shabby.

Great experience with beautiful landscaping

Pros: Great Ambience,, this hotel is have beautiful landscaping & overall Ambience is just superb

Cons: I think staff needs to be more polite especially in the restaurant. They should be attentive to the guest more

Fantastic!

Pros: The hotel was fantastic! The breakfast options, facilities and location were excellent. The grounds were serene and peaceful. The staff were very pleasant. Special mention to Rachel from the restaurant who added a personal touch, Agness also from the restaurant and Pendo from housekeeping.

Cons: The wifi was a big challenge though the staff assured us that this was being worked on.

Pros: The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. They helped us to get local SIM cards and exchange currency. The food is good and the rooms are spacious

Pros: Location and facility, your pricing is too low compared to Melia your neighbour, you are undervaluing yourselfs. Do renovations and up your prices.

Cons: Renovations are over due somenof the ascetics are in bad condition. Very well designed hotel, you are not doing it justice by not uplifting it.

Worthwhile apart from wifi

Pros: The hotel really met all my expectations. It was a family trip, the room was good, breakfast good and every other facility we used

Cons: The wifi is terrible to say the least. At some point we even had to go to the lift lobby to get better reception and even then it was not 100%. it also kept fluctuating
