Parrot Hotel Arusha

I enjoyed my stay at Parrot Hotel. I love the staff. They make me feel at ease and at home.

Pros: The location in town is good providing access to shops and moving around. The warmth welcome of the staff made my stay fabulous. They were very caring, supportive and went out of their way to assist in any situation. The room is comfortable.

Cons: There is a lack in breakfast variation. The noise from the street.

A great welcome to Tanzania

Pros: I was greeted with friendly staff who assisted with luggage and provided a refreshment towel and freshly squeezed orange juice. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and polite, and the food and coffee were amazing.

Pros: O Parrot Hotel superou nossas expectativas. A equipe de atendimento é super atenciosa, com um destaque especial para o gerente, que fala inglês fluentemente e nos atendeu em todas as necessidades e pedidos extras que fizemos. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, a cama é espaçosa, os travesseiros e lençóis estavam limpos e confortáveis e o ar condicionado é silencioso e funciona perfeitamente. O chuveiro precisou de um pequeno reparo, mas depois disso ficou perfeito, com um ótimo fluxo de água e temperatura. O quarto foi limpo todos os dias. O restaurante tem ótimas opções de comida a um excelente custo-benefício, e o serviço de quarto também foi muito bom. Sem dúvida nenhuma, o melhor custo-benefício que encontramos em toda a cidade. Se eu retornar à Arusha, certamente vou me hospedar novamente no Parrot.

Cons: Embora a localização do hotel seja muito boa, a vizinhança é um pouco barulhenta durante o dia. Como sugestão, o café da manhã poderia servir as opções de café oferecidos na cafeteria do andar térreo (espresso, cappuccino, coado, etc) e talvez uma bandeja de queijos e frios. Ainda sobre o café da manhã, descobrimos somente no segundo dia que havia várias opções de ovos (omelete, mexidos, fritos), quando o garçom nos informou que bastava pedir, então seria interessante um aviso mais visível aos hóspedes sobre isso.

Pros: Das Hotel ist mitten in Arusha. Wir durften sogar bis 12.00 Uhr am Abreisetag die Zimmer behalten.

Cons: Es war ein bißchen laut durch die Straße und das Gewusel rundherum.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Clean and spacious room and friendly staff.

Cons: Les chambres sont mal isolés du bruit. On entends beaucoup les bruits extérieurs

Ordentliches Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Pros: Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal,vorallem der Manager David. Herrliche Dusche mit viel warmen Wasser.,ein Luxus nach 5 Tagen Safari.Betten eigentlich sehr gut- für mich allerdings etwas zu hart. Gute Raumbeleuchtun.

Cons: Frühstück und generell die Qualität der Küche. Hotel ist angeblich erst 1,5 Jahre alt.Da anscheinend von lokalen Handwerkern erbaut wirkt manches davon schon etwas abgewohnt.

Pros: すべてが良かったです。ロケーションはアルーシャの街の中心にあり、散歩も楽しめました。スタッフの方たちも気さくで親切。館内の設備はとてもきれいでした。朝食もビュッフェ形式で、朝からもりもり食べました。

Cons: プールが工事中で、利用することができませんでした。時期的には涼しかったので、いずれにしても入らなかったと思います。近くのスタジアムでサッカーの試合があったのか、夜は少し騒がしく感じました。街の雰囲気を感じることができたので大きな問題ではありません。
