Fantastic views, food and staff

Pros: Lots of space, lovely clean apartments The staff in the restaurant were superb I highly recommend going for food and drinks on the top floor restaurant. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. And the staff are very kind and caring

Pros: The room was big, the view is beautiful, especially from the rooftop restaurant. Nice gym.

Cons: There was no refrigerator in the room

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect. The roof top restaurant is incredible and the food portions are big. So go hungry. Felt very modern and clean. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.

Great hotel in Arusha

Pros: The staff was very kind and attentive, both in the restaurant on the terrace and at the reception. It was also a pleasure to meet Prince during our stay and chat with him during dinner. The restaurant food was exquisite. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with wonderful views. The reception staff was incredibly helpful, always assisting us with everything we needed. Thank you, Juliana, for handling our check-out.

Pros: The location of the hotel and the ambience. The location of the Rooftop restaurant and bar on the 14th floor is iconic. The view is magnificent. The variety of the breakfast menu. The front desk were also fantastic especially Juliana who par attention the minute details

Cons: The fact that there is no fridge in the rooms as well as not having vanity items provided. The absence of a television in the Rooftop bar/restaurant. I also did not like the fact that I was unable to access any channel on the tv in my room and my complaint on that was unattended to.

Unique stay.

Pros: Prompt and professional manner the services rendered is beyond expectation. The fine cuisine freshly prepared and presented at their rooftop restaurant has that je ne sais quoi about it. Mr. Prince has set a high bar on every details which easily achieves high international standards. We felt the warmth and welcomed. We had a lovely time. Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was huge. Rooftop restaurant had amazing views and great food. Location is perfect for the few sites of Arusha, easily walkable. We were even provided a breakfast box as we left before breakfast started , which one of the staff members put special effort in for us so thank you (forget your name,sorry)

Tasteful decor; excellent food and location

Pros: The room was spacious, with minimalist and tasteful decor.. The location is central and the hotel’s rooftop has spectacular view of Mount Meru.. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were courteous.

Cons: - As a solo female traveler, I would have felt safer if there was an additional lock or latch from inside. - I haven’t been asked for a refundable security deposit in hotels in a long time.

We came happily for the 2nd time

Pros: we previously visited this hotel and gave it it only a 9. this time we realized it is surely a 10. Great large room. great staff. great location. great food in the restaurant
