Property AND staff were good

Pros: The Breakfast selection was okay and possibly just not my taste and felt a little limited

Cons: I thonk they can extend the menu selection and the upgrade the food alittle

It was exeptional

Pros: Everything, the garden the pool the rooms the staff, all was excellent

Cons: Only that the window in our room was slightly open when we arrived, probably for some fresh new air, and a couple of mosquitoes were inside the room, but this is really a minor issue, almost irrelevant

i absolutely enjoyed the place. i didnt want to leave on the day i had to leave to go to another hot

Pros: The room was beautiful with all necessary utensils. the staff was very welcoming and tried everything to make our stay beautiful. The breakfast was amazing

Cons: Some staff members are not fluent with English speaking and this becomes a barrier to communucation. Also, they are not responsive to enquiries during the booking

Amazing post safari retreat.

Pros: Amazing hotel in the middle of Arusha that is a great starting or ending point of any safari. Great food, architecture and design with amazingly spacious rooms. The staff was very welcoming and they provided us smooth airport transport.

Cons: The bathroom has no ventilation switch so after shower it stayed humid all night.

Pros: The Breakfast was good, but could they provide mugs/bigger cups for the coffee and tea, we are in Africa after all!

Cons: The lack of chapati on the lunch menu (this is probably very personal to me)the food was great! liked the pilau options.

Comfortable stay in a typical 4* hotel with a good pool and gym. Shame about the wifi.

Pros: Decent hotel. Nice gym and pool and really nice quiet oasis feel in the central courtyard/garden. Staff are friendly and the Indian food is tasty.

Cons: Wifi is not stable or reliable, especially in the room. Hard to justify the price difference with other local hotels.
