Pros: The people are great and customer care is top notch!

Pros: The suite was massive, very big comfortable bed.Very clean facilities and all toiletries were available including shaving kit and dental kit

Cons: Providing an Iron would be superb.Thats the only part that was tricky

Would recommend and book again. Good value for money.

Pros: The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The aircon worked well which is needed when it’s the hot months!

Pros: we enjoyed the stay at Gold Crest hotel. The service was very good. People there are friendly and helpful. We appreciated the nice smile of Miss Beatrice who served us the drinks in the evening :-)

Pros: The staff are great very professional, nice and polite.

Cons: To make a local call one has to go to the reception, to speak publicly. There are phones in the room that can be used to speak privately under ones comfort and privacy.

I recommend the place 💯

Pros: The Food was delicious the staff very friendly and helpful getting taxi they really assisted especially Saumu the receptionist and all the staff in general were really helpful and accommodative. I am really going back there again.

Really nice people and place

Pros: The staff was quite incredible. The breakfast was marvelous. The location is pretty nice too, near some pubs and restaurants.

Pros: Overall our stay in the hotel was really great. The breakfast has a lot of options, personal is always there to help. The swimming pool is also there to enjoy the sun, and in the evening nearby are a lot of pubs

Pros: The staff is the most loveable, caring and hardworking people I've ever met. The breakfast is also something else and the location is excellent.
