Good location. Beautiful garden

Pros: The staff was very kind and the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our breakfast on the garden patio. The rooms facing the garden are quiet and with large balcony. The rooms are also quite large and comfy. We slept good. The location is very central and we walked to the Central market and the downtown area.

Cons: Everything was fine.

Oasis at the edge of town

Pros: I really liked this hotel. It is on the edge of a busy dusty town and is an oasis with the most beautiful garden and room balconies overlooking the garden. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had a proper luggage room where they willingly stored my bag while I went on a small Safari

Cons: Nothing major but my shower wasn’t great and breakfast didn’t quite suit me.

Pros: Spacious, excellent staff and good food… very well located in central Arusha!

Pros: Nice and peaceful hotel. Perfect location. Great staff.

Overall good value for money in a central location.

Pros: Central location surrounded by lush gardens - walking distance to shopping and ATM’s. Good Indian restaurant and fully stocked bar on the property.

Cons: No in room air conditioning meant the room became quite humid at night . There is a wall fan albeit somewhat noisy - opening the balcony door lets the breeze in though kept it closed at night for security.

Pros: Perfect location for city tour. Save place, you can just walk and discover the city. Very nice garden and tasty breakfast.

Convenient for a short stay

Pros: The hotel is very well located, close to the center but in a relatively less noisy and seemingly safe area. The room was big, the staff was kind and our stay included a breakfast buffet that was very nice. We only stayed one night, and that is also ok to stay.

Cons: the facilities look pretty dated and especially the bathroom because of how old it was it didn’t look the cleanest. Unfortunately this also reflected in the towels, which left a bad impression. The internet also didn’t reach all parts of the room, so we had to walk or sit closer to the bedroom door for better reception.

Excellent value and very friendly staff.

Pros: Very nice room with 4 poster bed and a balcony looking out onto some nice gardens. Very large, and included both a shower and a bath. They were able to do a same day laundry service for me as well at a very fair price. Staff were really helpful in storing luggage, checking in, booking taxis etc.

Cons: Air con would be nice, but they do have fans which did the job.
