Good comfortable hotel

Pros: Good sized rooms - a bit dated but well maintained. Air conditioning units in rooms. The rooms had a bath tub (not jacuzzi as stated) Staff were super friendly and breakfast selection was good. There is a nice outdoor pool area. They do airport transfers as well. There is a cash ATM a few minutes down the road

Cons: They didn't have the ala carte dinner option and the buffet was very expensive for what it is. The TV in the room was very old

Pros: The rooms are cozy, has a nice English Rustic vibe to it. Staff are quite friendly and welcoming. Breakfast has good variety!

Cons: It was very central to town. There are no good views.

Pros: It has basic things you'd find in any 4 star hotel One thing for sure the staff are excellent: Especially Irene Food was excellent

Cons: Pretty low standard for a 4 star hotel Pool needs a heating system especially with the climate in Arusha Quite expensive for a low standard 4 star

Great choice

Pros: Nice central location. Really comfortable stay with everything you need. Restaurant meal was delicious as was breakfast. Staff were lovely.

It is a bit over price for what you get.

Pros: The hotel is situated close to the town within walking distance. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It has a homely feeling about it.

Cons: The shower in the bath is not ideal. Not all staff understand English or can speak English properly. Carpets in the foyer had stains that looked like it was not washed in a long while,
