Perfect

Pros: The rooms were so clean and staff were very helpful.I got there late and they were so helpful.

Good hotel for a night before safari

Pros: Very nice people very kind and welcoming. They did their best to satisfy us. Good breakfast good dinner. Room are big and same for the bathroom. The price for the quality is perfect. It was on our way before the safari so that was perfect for us.

Cons: A little bit difficult to access but it will be easy to improve

Pros: We had a lovely stay, and Agnes and Subira were wonderful.

Cons: I enjoyed my stay at the lodge, but we never had the chance to shower in hot water. Despite being advised to let the water run for 10 minutes, it never warmed up. Perhaps the manager could consider installing instant showers to improve the experience.

Excellent Value for money

Pros: Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff. Convenient location to Cultural Center. Clean rooms.

Will come back again!

Pros: Super friendly staff and nice big room with cosy bed. The fan on the roof was perfect for august as it wasn’t too hot. The breakfast was okay, plenty of food and small variety each day. The area is a local area and there’s plenty of kids around who love to chat and say hi :) it’s only a short tuk tuk ride to the center for about 2000/3000 shillings, you just have to walk out to the paved road.

Cons: The shower pressure in our room was pretty bad however that’s because we were on the top floor I think… we were offered to change to a smaller room but I preferred the big room with bad shower.

Great deal with all the essentials

Pros: Despite the very low cost our rooms had everything we needed and were very comfortable, staff was super friendly, breakfast was large and very tasty. The location wasn’t an area to stroll around in, very poor, but we felt safe and secure.

Pros: Clean rooms,comfortable bed and a view of Kilimanjaro. The hotel staff were attentive and helpful

Pros: I loved the proximity to CBD and highly recommend for Semi-relaxed business trips.

Cons: Power outage and the fact that they Don't have backup power..

overall is was a lovely and clean, staff were great.

Pros: The Staff was great pleasant and helpful, sharing knowledge of the region. and assisted in showing around the local area market and the clock tower, it was a pleasure Peter was great help.

Cons: The electric, went off the first day, it was off for quite a while, so had no internet connection, and could not charge appliances.

Exceptional service. Above and beyond my expectations.

Pros: One of the owners, Erasmi, really made me feel welcome and at home here. He took me around town, and we ate some Nyama Choma at a local eatery, and we had some beers with his friend one night. We got along great. He also took me into town and helped arrange a bus to Nairobi for me. AMAZING service and hospitality. It's not something you get at most places. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The on-site staff were always very pleasant and helpful, and we had some good laughs when we talked. The food and drinks were very well priced, though it did take some time to prepare.

Cons: The only recommendation is to poke your head around in the restaurant and kitchen. There is not always someone tending the counter. So just waiting there hoping someone will show up may take time. It's best to go look for someone.
