Clean rooms, tour desk, buffet breakfast

Nice place to stay in arusha.

Pros: I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Also the staff was excellent and motel had a good breakfast. Also they had made some improvements to the balcony rooms since last time I stayed. They are great at implementing recommendations of guests on how to improve motel.

Cons: The one thing that could have been improved is for some reason we had issues with hot water in smaller rooms. One issue was solved the second night but the other room had issues the whole time. The balcony rooms had no issues.

Pros: The staff was amazing, the food was amazing, small good rooms with a balcony! Very pleasant welcome and very good people. Close to Arush airport for those who need Very good place

Pros: Excellent service from the general manager. Comfortable room, nice balcony. Away from the big road, calm and quiet setting. Good wifi. Good breakfast.

Pros: Bright Star hotel is probably the best choice for Arusha on a budget. Located in a quiet part of the town and run by a family, the staff did above and beyond the expected to fit our needs and make our stay very pleasant. The rooms are quiet and clean. They even packed a breakfast for us because they knew we were leaving early for a Safari trip. The is also a bar with very cheap drinks.

Pros: Personnel was nice and there to answer your needs. Breakfast was ok, room and beds were spacious enough for 2 people traveling separately. Access to the hotel is in a small street, but once in there it's great

Cons: Getting warm water is a bit long to get and shower space is small right near the toilet seat (does not have a dedicated area).

Pros: Clean and comfortable room in good condition. Quiet location. Restaurant food is very delicious and good value for money. There is a set menu available to pre order at the bar. Both dinner and breakfast had a very generous serving size.

Pros: The staff very kind and helpful. The breakfast very varied.

Cons: The WiFi is quite bad.. I was working remotely for couple of days, and I had a lot of problems for the unstable connection. If you don’t need necessary a stable then this hotel is perfect! If you need good connection then I would not recommend this hotel.
