Beautiful garden and view

Pros: There is a beautiful garden where you can chill but also eat your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant serves delicious food, you can order typical Tanzanian dishes. My room was located at the 4th floor, it had a balcony and there was a great view on the majestic Meru Mountain from there. The staff was kind and super helpful. We needed to leave the hotel before breakfast started and they prepared for us a take away box.

Pros: The hotel manager is very flexible and arranges everything possible to make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Worth the money

Pros: It’s budget, but you get a lot for your money here! The bed was fantastically comfy, the bathroom was a bit of a weird set-up, but everything worked and was clean which is all you can ask for really! The only thing that could be better would be slightly newer towels and bath mats.

It was enjoyable with no complaints

Pros: Small beautiful garden, safe parking, kitchen next to the garden (Breakfast to be improved) the channels on TV to be upgraded, very friendly and understandable staff (zero mosquitos and zero flies) and finally rooms are big (water and serviette to add)

Arusha break

Pros: A friendly reception. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and courteous. Lovely gardens. Everything one could expect from a good, three star hotel.

Cons: Sign from main road could be renewed. We had a little difficulty locating the hotel initially.

Good place to start and end up with your safari.

Pros: Breakfast is very good. Value for money. They provided us packed breakfast when we left early morning to the airport.

Cons: Nothing. But I am little confused with the same property listed on Booking.com as two entities- Charity Hotel International and New Charity Hotel. Later came to know that both are the same...but different from rates.

It was a excellent stay because of the helpful and jovial staff.

Pros: The property is on Arusha highway, it is very quaint and calm. It is bit away from the centre of town. The property has excellent staff, very helpful and jovial. Recommended for starting or ending your safari trip.

Pros: The staff is great and accommodating I like the bed that was super comfortable The terrace The free and secure luggage storage: the hotel agreed to keep my luggage for free while I was on a Safari

Pros: I had a good stay at The Charity hotel. The hotel itself is a bit dated but overall a good value for money. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Beds are comfy, the area is calm. I like the fact that the room had a terrace Good breakfast.

Cons: Bathroom furniture requires update

Pros: I liked the commitment of the staff members. The kitchen staff were always receptive, and so was the lady at the main reception. Their customer care is very good.
