Pros: We stayed at Tulia Retreat Hotel in Arusha for two nights during our safari trip. The staff were amazing — very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. They truly made us feel at home. The rooms were renovated, clean, and comfortable, providing a great place to relax before and after safari. Breakfast was simple but good, with enough options to start the day satisfied and energized. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arusha.

Good location and good price.

Pros: Nice room, good location of hotel. Very affordable price.

Cons: From time to time, there are power outages across the city, and sometimes the hotel internet goes down because of that. It’s not the hotel’s fault, just a note.

Pros: I loved this place. Very close to the city centre by walk. A nice breakfast is served in the garden where you can also spot some monkeys! The staff was incredible helpful and organised for us couple of tours to the waterfalls and the coffee plantation. Definitely deserves 5 star!

Great for a quick Arusha stopover

Pros: Really great peaceful oasis on the edge of the city, comfortable quiet rooms and helpful staff

Cons: We didn’t have water for a while in the room but they did fill the tank and fix it quickly

Very comfortable

Pros: Clean rooms and whole hotel area. We loved the hotel style. All staffs were very professional and kind! Here you can be sure that you will feel comfortable and welcome. Also food is really good here
