We had an excellent service from the staff. We enjoyed our one night stay.

Pros: Excellent service from the staff and chef. The food was excellent. Good bang for the buck. We recommend this hotel.

Cons: Maybe a bit noisy at night since the hotel is on the mains road. It was Friday night and people were loud on the street. Nothing excessive.

Nice location and lovely people

Pros: Everybody was so welcoming in this place. They gave us breakfast and dinner which made things easier, because Karatu is small. It’s 20 min from Ngoringoro gate and bed was comfy

Cons: Something they can’t control but the noise in the street was loud

Pros: When we discovered that our screen door was broken, staff went out of their way to replace it. Breakfast was lovely. The room was well located and provided just what we needed for our quick overnight stop in Karatu.
