Its nice overall, but the area is very bad especially during rains.

Pros: Its very clean, but Breakfast area must be looked at having more staff with a dedicated team. One person cooking and serving as per the order is not what is called hospitality.

Cons: Breakfast area, need much improvement. People must not sleep rather be active to receive guests and serve to ensure hotel is taken care

Pros: Modern hotel, clean, comfortable with all facilities and nice restaurant. Staff are very efficient and accommodating. Price is good. Perfect for resting before or after a safari.

Cons: Although in town, the nearby streets are not very welcoming.

Good for a short rest

Pros: Very comfortable bed, large room, great kind lady on the reception checking me in

Cons: I stayed at Eves Executive Hotel and while I really enjoyed the comfort of my room and the bed – it was perfect for rest – there were a few downsides. The location wasn’t very convenient; even local tuk tuk drivers had trouble finding it. Breakfast was quite basic and limited – options like spinach, boiled egg, potato, toast with margarine felt unusual and not very satisfying. Staff didn’t seem particularly engaged – I often felt like I was disturbing them whenever I had a question, came down to order food or ask about my pick-up. Overall, the stay was okay for a short rest, but there’s room for improvement in service and food.

Pros: Break fast was reasonably good comparing the price and services provided. The hotel is located in the city center where you can easily acess many locations within the city.

Amazing staff and great infrastructure

Pros: The staff was remarkably nice! Also the building is very new, infrastructure and furniture were great

Pros: The hotel's location is very good, right in the center, easy check-in, room facilities are adequate and clean. staff was very helpful

Great facility with possibility of improvement

Pros: The facility is fairly new on the market and well maintained. Spacious rooms and quiet environment. Great value for money considering the rates for B&B.

Cons: The access to the facility is not good and location is somewhat in not a very secure area considering the several dark spots while walking to the main road at night

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was hard to get to, but the room was incredibly clean. The stay was perfect and I would stay here again.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. There was food on site which was an added bonus. The beds were particularly comfortable Breakfast was always lovely with traditional elements.

Cons: The hotel is tucked away and not well known by taxi drivers. My room had issues with the shower so either cold water or boiling water but nothing in-between. Water would sputter too (Please be careful as there's an incresed risk of scalding). I reported the issue and in fairness they tried to get it fixed but nothing changed. . The hotel is in close proximity to a church and a mosque so had tendency to be noisy late at night and early morning. Also no lift in the hotel though staff helped with carrying bags etc.
