Pros: The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house is very large and spacious, clean and well appointed. Beds and living spaces were all very comfortable. The extra meals we ordered from the hosts were all delicious and fairly priced. It was a short walk to a nearby mall and the local market on the main road. The views of Mt Meru from the rooftop terrace are spectacular. It's on the side of town where most of the safari companies are based so it was an easy pickup location. The hosts also offered taxi services if you want to see and do some things in Arusha. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: There isn't a lot within walking distance in the general area (cafes, restaurants, etc) but we knew that when we choose the location. The ability to order food direct from the hosts makes up for this and they offer taxi services as well to get around.

Great hosts, challenging location.

Pros: Very nice host. Suleiman and his wife are terrific people and very accommodating.

Cons: The location is less than ideal. There was also loud music all night near the house on several days which made sleeping difficult. Rates for extra services such as laundry, should be clearly communicated ahead of time.

Pros: The host was patient, kindhearted and very accommodating. Gave us a tour around Arusha and it's surroundings. This is a place I'll definitely recommend people to stay.

For price-value, it is a really good deal!

Pros: A little hidden gem in Arusha. We stayed only a few nights. The family is very nice and helpful. Nice home-cooked meals, tidy and clean rooms.

Pros: The apartment was absolutely fantastic – spacious with plenty of rooms and bathrooms, and a beautifully designed living room that felt very welcoming. It also had a lovely terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains, which made our stay even more special. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and we really appreciated the wide selection of drinks available in the fridge. The host truly made this stay exceptional. He went above and beyond in every possible way – offering to pick us up from the airport, and even helping me with my lost luggage, which was far beyond his responsibility. We could always rely on him with any question or issue, and he was without doubt one of the kindest and most helpful hosts I have ever met. This stay exceeded all our expectations – wonderful apartment, stunning views, and outstanding hospitality. I can highly recommend it to anyone!

Pros: Excellent stay for a group of 8 to 10 . Highly recommended for traveller planning to stay in Arusha.

Pros: Big house for the whole family. One bathroom for each bedroom except one Host was very helpful for everything

Cons: Location was difficult to reach due to construction on the road

Pros: The host was interactive and helpful at all times. The house looks good and has good amenities. Nice furnishings.

Cons: The location is hard to find using maps. Also the road access to the premises is not good but the premises is worth the hustle.
