Pros: It’s a convenient location in a neighborhood just off the bypass. A great view from the very nice enclosed balcony. The staff was excellent.

What an incredible few days we had at Mrimba palm hotel. Staff were excellent, facilities were excel

Pros: The staff were so friendly and very helpful. It was a beautiful hotel. The pool was lovely. The restaurants food was incredible would recommend to a friend. Greeted on arrival with a drink! Helped with bags.

Cons: The WiFi worked but had a issue connecting but was easily resolved

Pros: I would recommend this hotel. Staff warm, engaging and very helpful. Clean and comfortable. Food took a while but well worth the wait.

Pros: I really enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff's attentiveness was greatly appreciated. The beds in the room were comfortable, and the location was close to my conference venue. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

Cons: The showers could be better; water pressure was low, and the hot water didn't last long.

Pros: The staff is good and friendly, and also has a nice view, can see Mt. Meru.. really appreciated when the staff tried to help us by finding someone to send us to Arusha bus station early in the morning coz no bolt driver available (we nvr expected this will happen), thanks a lot!
