Green Mountain Hotel

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here.The room was clean, and the linen felt clean and smelt so fresh. The staff here are also very helpful, and particularly Haruna was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Good views of the Green Mountain, too. Will definitely be back!

Cons: The WiFi was a bit shaky.

Lovely! I will absolutely reccomend them.

Pros: The staff were lovely! Especially Dorice and Happy went out of their way to accommodate us and to make us feel weldome.

Cons: We had to climb stairs to our rooms. It was a bit inconvenient I had a fall the previous day.

Pros: The staff was verry kind and helpfull. Nice pool and gopd food.

Cons: Cleaning could be a little better, but for us it was clean enough.

Pros: I arrived in the middle of the night and they allowed me early check in. Arun was very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms, facilities, restaurant... All superb.

Cons: Wifi was not the best, but you don't book a hotel for the wifi.

Pros: I loved this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. Very clean, nice facilities, excellent choice of food in the restaurant. But most important staff are very friendly and welcoming. Especially Arun, who always smiles and is willing to assist. I stayed there before and after my safari and they stored my luggage for free. They also allowed me late check out. Highly recommended.

Cons: Wifi could be better, but that's nothing compared to everything else.

Definately worth a visit

Pros: The staff especially Theresia and Harun were a great help with everything. The sun trap by the pool was nice also.

Perfectly adequate for the price.

Pros: Perfectly adequate for a temporary stay. Stayed here for one night before leaving for Kilimanjaro. Good enough restaurant on site. The staff were very friendly. They exchanged Euros for local currency. Small pool on site, which I didn't use.

Cons: Maybe it was just me, but there wasn't enough water pressure or hot water for a shower. If you are staying longer, I'm sure they will sort you out. For the second night, they moved us to a nearby sister concern, which was much better.

Excellent stay in Arusha, great gym and pool. amazing staff

Pros: Very friendly and helpfull staff. Great pool and gym, including pool / gym towels. Great breakfast with lots of choices and an egg baked to your preference. Stayed here twice, both times it felt like a home away from home mainly due to the friendly staff members. Safe neighbourhood, 20-25 min walk to the center (or 5-10 min boda boda ride).

Cons: Aircon in the gym, the bathrooms of the standard rooms are a very small.

Great value night stop or short stay!

Pros: The overall value for money was great, coupled with super helpful staff and a nice buffet breakfast.

Cons: It's really hard to find any fault.. the staff just make everything right!

Hotel with gym facility.

Pros: The breakfast was goo, staff was overall attentive to detials, variets also ok. Surprisingly a little cold pool in the middle, also a gym, with sauna and steamroom available free of charge. Very good.
