Pros: It’s a nice and quiet house with really nice facilities and perfect for what we needed!

Quiet spacious friendly homestay

Pros: Very modern spacious house located away from the chaos of the city centre. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast is delicious. You can have a cooked dinner here which is worth having as an extra. There is a supermarket across the busy road.

Cons: If you're doing lots of things in the city you have to go in every time by Bolt and traffic can be heavy sometimes. There is also a gate which is good for safety but make sure you can contact the staff so they can open it for you every time you come back.

Pros: Osotwa Maasai Hostel is peaceful and very clean place to stay. Judith and Mona were always friendly and helpful. They made good dinner for us.

Pros: We felt here like at home! We came back to this place several times during our holidays, and the hosts were always friendly. The beds were big and comfortable. They also have mosquito net, hot water, and all necessary stuff. Thanks a lot for hospitality!

Cons: In the room only one socket and there weren't chairs to sit. It's a small disadvantage, but if it's fixed, everything will be great!

Best price-quality ratio

Pros: Unbeatable price-quality ratio. The beds were comfortable and everything was extremely clean. We had delicious pancakes for breakfast and the staff were available and willing to help.

Pros: The staff is lovely, I arrived late night and needed to leave early in the morning so I didn't experienced much the hotel, but everyone was so nice to me, they were worried about my breakfast and they left something done for me to eat before I leave. The bed is very comfortable, the air conditioner in good conditions and the space is very clean in general.

Good stay, indifferent service.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, full mosquito nets, good WiFi. Peter is a great owner. I can recommend this place.

Cons: The staff were indifferent, and not as friendly or helpful as previous reviews suggested. Quoting too high prices for food and laundry. I told the owner who was unaware and he kindly mentioned he will sort it. You don't come to a hostel for high prices! We were the only guests so not social. We didn't mind but some solo travellers can be aware.

Pros: Osotwa is a clean, nice & chill hostel. We stayed here for a month and it was perfect for me and my 2 friends to stay at as it was affordable & close to our volunteer placements and town! The staff are lovely and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: It’s not a social hostel at all but I think just because it’s new. We were the only people here for basically the whole time a part from a few people here and there for a night or 2. It was perfect for us as we came with friends but if you are solo and wanting to meet people it would be difficult!

Pros: The hostel is spacious, clean and the staff are very friendly. The hostel is quite centrally located not far from the main street with all the stores, bars and restaurants. The bed was large and very comfortable.

Pros: - Judy and the team were wonderful. always smiling and helpful, helping us with restaurant recommendations, information, preparing a good breakfast - breakfast was delicious and simple - the bed was good, big and with good bedding - has a nice balcony

Cons: The location is not very central, but the qualities outweigh the small details that could improve: - the shower is a little difficult to regulate the temperature - the curtain could cover the sun a little better - the yard is so big and beautiful, it could be used more
