Pros: Comfortable one bed room apartment, close by to town and supermarket. Clean room, friendly staff and they have in house laundry for a small fee which was super handy. We arrived very very late at night and they gave us a code for self check in & it was seamless! Breakfast was fantastic - highly recommend!

Pros: Great stuff! Very kind people :) Location is near the biggest supermarket with great food and all the restaurants. Feels safe.

Cons: Food in the hostel is simple and a bit pricy, but still very nice.

Nice mini apartment

Pros: The small apartment is perfect for a couple The room is well isolated from outside noise at night, as it is not facing the street Breakfast was rich: chapati, fries, omelette, bread

Cons: The kettle in the room was not working, but after I said it to the staff they gave us another one

Central location with great facilities

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, the unit was sizeable, and the location was really central. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value.

Clean and convenient, excellent value in Arusha

Pros: We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment which included a cozy lounge area with a sofa, TV, kitchen and private bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and modern, whereas the double bed was very comfortable. The location is central and a convenient 15-minute drive from Arusha airport. Overall, we felt it offered excellent value for money.

Cons: Occasional noise from the nearby street or urban surroundings was noticeable, though not disruptive.

Pros: Staff was great, amenities also, self-serving kitchen offers every basic (and additional) utencil(es) that one needs to prepare themselves a meal, location is great, safety great!

Cons: The prices during the week differ a lot from the prices over the weekend.

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Excellent stay but I was the only one in my area so it was so very comfortable and a most enjoyable stay. However, there was barely enough hot water for a shower and couldn't shower self and wash my hair so not sure how it would be if all the beds in the area were full. The ladies that caretake the place are helpful and keep it spotlessly clean It has a great rooftop area.

Cons: Not enough hot water for a shower. Wifi and power outages can be difficult to deal with eg. if clothes washing. All else was great.
