Un lugar con mucho encanto en medio de la naturaleza

Pros: Un hotel precioso. Lo que más nos gustó fue el bungalow, muy amplio, limpio y precioso con una estética cuidada y bien decorado. La cama es muy cómoda y de buena calidad: colchón muy cómodo, sábanas nuevas. En la noche nos encendía la chimenea, y el cuarto de baño tiene jacuzzi. La estancia es de 10. Los jardines son impresionantes, un auténtico paraíso lleno de plantas, flores y pájaros. Está todo impecable y perfectamente cuidado. Respecto el personal, es sumamente atento y cariñoso, nos hicieron sentir muy cuidados. Por mencionar algunos nombres, Pascal cada día nos hacía un zumo delicioso con los mangos de la propiedd, Mónica nos recibía entre sonrisas en el restaurante (y así, todo el personal)

Goede tussenstop tijdens je safari, maar niet om lang te verblijven.

Pros: Prachtig en schoon park rondom de villa’s met grote moestuin waar de keuken uit klaarmaakt. De kamers zijn super netjes, heel groot en met een super muskietennet rond het bed. Qua comfort kan je niet beter treffen.

Cons: Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en gedienstig, maar stuntelig alsof het hotel pas open is en ze zijn al 2 jaar open. Het voelt een beetje zielig dat ze de Westerse eetgewoonten niet kennen. De massage vrouw aan het zwembad is erg opdringerig. We hadden een full-board boeking, maar nadat ons avondeten de 1e avond op de rekening stond en we dit opmerkten, bleven ze heel lang beweren dat we enkel ontbijt inbegrepen hadden en kwamen ze ons uitleggen wat b&b betekende (ipv het eerst even na te kijken). Dit was erg onprofessioneel en de volgende dag was het gelukkig uitgeklaard, maar dit heeft wel onze avond verpest. We hadden het gevoel dat iedereen extra geld aan ons wou verdienen en dat gaf geen fijn gevoel. De sfeer in het hotel is vreemd. Ter info: voor avondeten is er slechts 1 optie voor een menu van $110pp.
