Excellent and would be perfect when small change in management is done.

Pros: All personal that was in regular contact with us did a fantastic job, especially Glory, Nelson and Chetrock, very client friendly and thrustworthy people.

Cons: Disapointing is the attitude of the Spanish Manager and her husband who seems to be responsable for reservations, As soon as the owner was gone, they both do not show a very client friendly attitude. If I would be the owner of this hotel I would fire both and give the tasks to the staff that is already on site.

Excellent surroundings pool and facilities but the hotel could improve on food which was only mediocre

Pros: Swimming pool and gardens especially. Large comfortable beds excellent bathroom and shower

Cons: Food could have been improved. Property kept telling me I hadn’t paid for the booking even tho I had paid in full to booking.com

Pros: The staff were quick to solve any problems. I loved the fact that I could soak in a bath daily… this was a treat following the game drives

Cons: I was first given a newly painted room yet I am allergic to paint… they eventually changed it.

Beautiful place, but I am not sure there are not better options for a better price.

Pros: The breakfast was well prepared, but more options and wider variety of foods is expected for the caliber of hotel such as this. As well, the boxed lunch that was prepared was sparce and very poor. Again, with the cost of a stay, the food was lacking.

Cons: The food itself was well prepared and tasty. However, the selection was limited and based on cost, this did not match our expectations.

Pros: Posto meraviglioso, immerso nel verde e tutto molto curato. Giardini stupendi con piante da frutto ed una lunga passerella con orto sottostante dove coltivano verdure che poi vengono servite al ristorante del hotel. Piscina ottima dopo una giornata di safari. Cibo molto buono e fresco, sopratutto le insalate. Bar ben fornito, lobby molto accogliente e comodo. Personale molto simpatico e professionale.

Cons: La actitud grosera y negativa de una de las recepcionistas, le pedí por favor que me cambiase de habitación porque estaba súper lejos, y una de ellas dijo que lo iba a mirar, y la otra groseramente sin dejarme hablar me dijo NO, NO Y NO.

Pros: Absolument tout! les buffets self service avec un large choix. L’accueil du personnel car très à l’écoute et vraiment au petit soin. La vue est merveilleuse. Les jardins, les chambres, la piscine tout est exceptionnellement bien réalisé
