Tulivu Kilimanjaro Retreat

Pros: Everything was perfect, we felt fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, the staff does their job perfectly. They respond immediately to any request, problems are solved immediately. Breakfast is plentiful, delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this retreat and felt welcomed from the very first moment. Everything was well organized, the atmosphere was calm, warm, and exactly what you hope for when you arrive to relax. A special compliment goes to Glory and her entire team. She is doing an excellent job as a manager — and it shows. Everyone was kind, attentive, professional, and always smiling. Honestly, I tried very hard to find something to complain about… but failed completely 😄 I truly felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. You can feel that guests are treated with care, heart, and real attention here. I would happily return and can highly recommend this place.

Relax, chill place surrounded by nature

Pros: The place is peaceful and sourrounded by nature. Perfect place to relax. The staff is really attentive, helpful. The room is clean and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing that did not go well. The place is outside of Moshi center but the staff can help to arrange a tuktuk to get to the center.

Pros: It was amazing! The staff, the location, the calm, the pool, and the staff again because they were amazing! I can only highly recommend this place! It’s like a small piece of paradise on earth!

An oasis of peace

Pros: This was one of the best properties I ever stayed at. Located a bit away from the centre, nested in a tranquil area, the hotel is lush and very comfortable with a lovely pool and immersed in the greenery. What made my stay even more special was the staff (special shoutout to Manny, Anna and Elia) who always knew you on a first name basis making you feel at home and always looking for ways to help you and make your stay more comfortable. I recommend without hesitation and look forward to staying there again someday.

Pros: We love it, simply amazing place worth the money and very lovely stuff.

Cons: There is nothing we didn’t like only recommendations to add a min bar/fridge on the room and the executive room pool was quite cold so heating system would be useful for the month of July. Otherwise everything is superb.
