A great place to start our safari

Pros: Beautiful room and quiet except when monkeys jumped on the roof :) and exceptional grounds to walk around and enjoy nature. Very accomodating with early breakfast and great food both for dinner and breakfast. Good parking after finding it (there are two of them) and Wifi worked well from our room.

Ein schönes Fleckchen Erde - sehr lohnenswert zum einfachen Relaxen!

Pros: Die Nachhaltigkeit! Eine eigener geschlossener Wasserkreislauf mit eigener Quelle sowie der eigene Gemüsegarten sind vorbildhaft.

Cons: Das Wetter war kühl und feucht, aber dafür konnte die Lodge natürlich nichts. Die Zuwegung zum Hotel (Privatweg des Inhabers) befindet sich, wie leider viele Straßen und Wege in Tansania in einem schlechten Zustand und es ist der Kunst der Fahrer zu verdanken, dass man nicht mit Achsenbruch dort ankommt. 64 Stufen bis zur Reception sind für Asthmatiker wie mich eine Herausforderung! Ein Gym könnte zum weiteren Komfort beitragen!
