Great staff but overpriced for the facilities.

Pros: The staff were all fantastic. They were polite and so very helpful. Food was plentiful.

Cons: Payment in cash was very inconvenient given Arusha's temperamental auto banks. No excuse for WiFi being so weak 5 metres from the router. Telephone number on booking.com is wrong.

Excellent kick start place for our Safari

Pros: Super friendly staff. Cute place with genuine look and feel. Very nice breakfast!

Value for money

Pros: All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Best service we had at the restaurant out of all the hotels we stayed in Tanzania. Hot water bag were provided in the room without needing to ask so the bed was very warm when we go to sleep.

Cons: Though the dinner menu has only one set dinner option, anything else on the menu takes ~30mins to cook. Also the wifi is only good near the office, and in the morning, when the office is not open the wifi is no available. The phone has very poor signal in the hotel area as well.

Nice place if your in the area

Pros: Well situated close to the park. Very clean and nice and chilled out atmosphere

Cons: I had a few minor issues but staff took notice and I was satisfied with their response. Just be aware that they don’t book any tours or really guide you in any direction to do so. You need to do this yourself to find independent operators.

Pros: Le camere sono bellissime, io avevo una quadrupla che è una casetta con due aree separate e il bagno vista piscina. Il giardino è tenuto benissimo con molti fiori. Il personale cortese e molto attento. Il cibo è ottimo. L'hotel è silenzioso e tranquillo.

Cons: Il costo del ristorante è molto alto e in dollari cosa a cui non sono abituata ma perché ho vissuto in zone meno turistiche.

Cons: I liked the rooms at the swimming pool (I stayed in September) more, the room I stayed this time was closer to the road I think and there was some traffic noice, even at night. I don't remember to have heard that last September.....

Beautiful stay in the gardens around Meru.

Pros: We had a lovely stay at Meru view. The rooms were very clean and the property is beautiful in amongst the nature with beautiful flowers and birds in the area. The food was good and the staff were very accommodating when we needed some packed lunch for safaris.

Cons: It says that you can pay by card but when we went to pay we couldn't. We didn't have cash and then had to arrange payment later which was slightly inconvenient.

Pros: Die Mitarbeiter war extrem zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich- das Abendessen war sehr gut und sehr gut organisiert und serviert - keine Wartezeiten ! Nach Rückkehr von Safari durfte ich noch umziehen ! Herzlichen Dank an Maria

Pros: Die Lage, nicht weit vom Arusha NP, nicht überlaufen, supernettes Personal und der Pool nach der Safari.
