Overall is a beautiful place…Few adjustments in terms of customer service…I would love to go back.

Pros: The place is in a very good location…Beautiful view

Cons: At some point it took ages to be attended by the waiters who were on duty,we witnessed other visitors come in and go while we wait to be served the lunch we had ordered since breakfast. But we communicated with the management and we were given a waiver for that specific service…Waiters should be kinder,communicate any inconvinience and attend to all their visitors equally...

Pros: Staff awesome and very helpful. They cater for any special dietary requirements. Good food, beautiful scenery and clean environment including rooms.

Cons: They could improve the roads and signs to easily locate the property. They could also offer more meal options. They currently only offer buffet.

Serene and relaxing

Pros: After a rough ride in Serengeti and ngorongoro crater the resort offers a perfect ambiance to relax

Cons: Locations is somehow off the highway and google gives a wrong address however signposts are placed over the road to guide you. Google pin needs to be corrected which would help incase a signpost is broken

Very nice property with all the amenities you need and well trained staff. Good base when going to Safari.

Pros: Everything was good from the moment we arrived, the staff took care of our extensive luggage, check in was smooth and our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view. Full board was worth it and the big restaurant gave very nice African vibes.

Cons: Nothing to complain.

Pros: Almost everything was perfect. The rooms clean tidy, the view perfect, the restaurant with GREAT food.

Cons: The room was a little stuffy. The lunch box EXTREMELY expensive (25$US each)........for cabbage salad, dry chicken and juice....biscuits and a banana.

Amazing Natural beauty of Ngorongoro Hills and Wild Life. Fantastic property and brilliant hospitality.

Pros: Excellent property. Fantastic hospitality and great service and food. Our room ( no : 213) and balcony view was breathtaking. Manager Steve was excellent very efficient and helpful. All staffs were very good. We will come back again.

Cons: Final road to the property is still under construction and on a steep hill. I am sure that will be sorted soon.
