Amazing

Pros: I love the art in the property very artistic and creative. I loved the pool. I loved the cleanliness and the location. It wasn’t far from the town center. I also loved how accommodative and welcoming the host was.🔥

Cons: We got lost at first when trying to find the place on google maps but they said they would update the accuracy of the location on google maps.

My stay was fantastic and super relaxing a perfect getaway.

Pros: I absolutely loved the stunning views of Kilimanjaro, the friendly staff he was welcoming and helpful to me, he was also the chef there and every meal was delicious It really made the experience special!

Cons: What I didn't like? Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike, but if I had to pick something, it would be the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, the pool was not ready too, Nothing major, though!

Pros: Hôtes très accueillants. Chambre spacieuse, moustiquaire fournie, ainsi que le ventilateur. Salle de bain privative. Lieu de l’hôtel très agréable

Cons: Pas d’eau dans la piscine au moment de notre venue, pas d’informations en amont ou de baisse de prix au regard…

Toller Manager, tolle Crew

Pros: Die Zeit und das Frühstück selber konnte man individuell gestalten. Wollte man einmal früher oder später frühstücken, brauchte man es nur 1 Tag vorher mitzuteilen. Was man frühstücken will, wird am ersten Tag festgelegt und auch hier gilt, möchte man einmal etwas ändern, bespreche man es mit dem Manager oder seinen Mitarbeiter/innen und am nächsten Tag bekommt man es. Das Obst war immer frisch und reichhaltig. Das Hotel wird von einem sehr fähigen Manager und seinen Mitarbeitern geführt. Alle sind sehr hilfsbereit und wenn einem etwas fehlt, braucht man es nur zu sagen und es wird umgesetzt. Beispiel: es waren keine Vorhänge vor den Fenstern. Das fand ich persönlich etwas befremdlich und habe danach gefragt. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurden sie gebracht und angehängt. Braucht man ein Taxi, Jusuf (der Manager) odder Loveliness (Supervisor) bestellt es. Will man Abends im Hotel essen, man bespricht es mit einem der beiden und es wird arrangiert.

Cons: Das WLAN ist recht instabil, was aber nicht nur am Hotel liegt, da der Strom manchmal von Regierungsseite für ein paar Stunden abgeschaltet wird.
