Nice stay in Moshi

Pros: Safe location, great staff, air conditioned room and hot water in shower. This was a good location for our short stay in Moshi. Staff were super nice and attentive. Breakfast was usually simple but enough. Hotel was always clean.

Cons: When we arrived at 2am (because of our flight delayed), they said they didn’t have a booking for us. Luckily they still had rooms so took us in, and expected payment again, despite us prepaying online. Don’t know why this happened, but in process of getting a refund from booking.com. Still a great place to stay, just don’t prepay online so you’re not paying twice. Would stay here again.

Pros: great value for the money to recover after hiking Kili. friendly staff who are happy to help out. laundry service was provided and breakfast included. great location near city center. helped set up taxi to Arusha for a great price.

Très bon hôtel que je recommande

Pros: Des repas délicieux ! C'est ce qui nous a le plus marqué ! Pas hésiter! Une chambre parfaite ! Une vrai douche chaude ! Le personnel est très souriant

Cons: Bon rien à voir avec l'hôtel mais on a prit vu sur les montagne et avec les nuage ça ne servait pas à grand chose. On avait un balcon quand même ce qu'on a apprécié
