Twiga Hotel - Tulivu Urban

Pros: Perfect place in convenient location, right in downtown. I had a great time. It's very basic, but comfortable, with AC, balcony, mosquito net and hot water. Wifi could be better, but good enough

Pros: A very pleasant stay, good breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. They kept my belongings safe while I was on Kilimanjaro. Good price and good location! :)

Good Location, but Noisy and Poor Breakfast

Pros: The hotel has a good location in the city center, although it was somewhat noisy. The breakfast selection was rather limited, and the food provided ran out quickly, with the staff being slow to replenish the missing items. On a positive note, the ginger tea was very pleasant.

Cons: What I did not like was the noise in the room and the fact that the breakfast was not sufficiently varied or replenished in time.

Very comfy stay

Pros: We stayed one night and had a warm welcome. The staff is great and will go out of their way to help you. Great quality for the price you pay. The hotel looks like the pictures and is as described. Food is good too!

Pros: The standard was great for this price! The location is really good and the staff is the most helpful I’ve seen. They helped me with everything I needed and contact with them was always smooth. Breakfast was also great :) would absolutely recommend

Pros: The staff was simply wonderful! I arrived at Moshi not in the best of shape, and the staff was so kind and attentive to my needs so that I could enjoy my stay here anyway. A big thank you to Johnas, the manager, who was even willing to accompany me to the hospital at a critical moment; I can't thank him enough, his incredible kindness really made an impression on me. The hotel was clean and well kept, the breakfast was good and the room was spacious and pleasant! I highly recommend this place and will gladly come back again if I'm back in Moshi :) thanks so much!

Pros: Wegen einem Elektrizitätsproblem in der Unterkunft wurde ich bereits vor Anreise darüber informiert, dass ich in eine andere Unterkunft verlegt wurde. Diese war deutlich größer, schöner und luxuriöser. Ich hatte ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus quasi für mich allein. Doch am meisten begeisterte mich, dass mein Frühstück zu der Uhrzeit fertig war, wie ich es bestellt hatte. Darauf kann man sich sonst in Tansania überhaupt nicht verlassen, weswegen ich immer eine Stunde eher ordere, als ich es tatsächlich brauche. Doch hier passte es absolut perfekt. Ich kann Tulivu Urban absolut empfehlen.
