Lovely place before and after Kilimanjaro trek

Pros: We stayed at Honey Badger before and after our trek to Kilimanjaro. The place is quite, it's nice to relax around the pool. The food was really good (buffet in the evening, Bugergs at lunch); the staff was super friendly. Bedrooms are spacious and comfy

Beautiful rooms in a great location with gorgeous, helpful staff.

Pros: The property is beautiful and relatively peaceful - the neighbourhood can be noisy. The rooms are stunning and many have a private pool. The staff are all so friendly and helpful.

Cons: The only problem was the beds. We had a few bumps and bruises so it was difficult to find an easy spot on the very had mattresses.

Pros: Very spacious, clean room, nice garden with some animaks, vervet monkeys and Gurten Good Wifi Friendly staff Very tasty food

Cons: Quite a bit outside downtown Moshi, long Distanzen to KCMC

Pros: Excellent stay and very friendly and kind staff. Really cool to see the tortoise and monkeys first thing in the morning! The food was absolutely amazing as well

You are made to feel so welcome and relaxed.

Pros: The location of the lodge, the well kept garden and flowers, the friendly staff, comfortable rooms, relaxing restaurant and bar. I certainly did not want to leave!

A relaxing, tranquil, friendly and homely lodge.

Pros: The tranquil location, the friendly staff, the homely rooms, such a lovely place to stay for a quiet relaxing break. Having stayed last year, I was welcomed back like a member of the family. I felt very comfortable, safe and looked after by the staff.

Great if you want to relax and will be picked up for tours.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice swimming pool area and excellent pizza!

Cons: The location is quite far from Moshi Town and shops etc.. Also it can be quite noisy despite it being further away from the main road. Wifi could be better too.

Stay in Moshi

Pros: Fantastic place to relax and chill out. Very attentive and friendly staff. Excellent food options and great base to tour Moshi and climb Kilimanjaro.

Peaceful and oasis with view on Mount Kilimanjaro

Pros: Peaceful oasis in the middle of Moshi, with great food and view on Mount Kilimanjaro. Spacious African rooms and nice swimming pool. Honey badger lodge actually is part of a local cooperation with a school to teach young children and prepare them for further education. By staying here you also support a social purpose.

A fabulous welcome to Tanzania and the warmth of her people.

Pros: Joe and his staff were amazing. They were perfect hosts , accomodating all our needs and any enquires with such grace and warmth. The communal areas were wonderful and we were made to feel so welcome.
