Perfect spot to rest between adventures

Pros: We stayed at this hotel to relax between our climbs of Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro, and it fully met our expectations. The staff were friendly, and the pool was clean and refreshing. Although there was some noise around the area at night, it didn’t really disturb us. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of during our stay. While we were climbing Kilimanjaro, we were able to leave our belongings at the hotel for six days, and everything was safely returned to us afterwards.

Cons: There was some noise around the hotel at night.

Great stay in Moshi!

Pros: Great hotel! 16 of us stayed here for 4 nights and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The staff was wonderful and the food spoiled us for future stays in Tanzania. We enjoyed the pool and Bar. Shout out to Jackline, Godfrey, and Betha along with the rest of the staff! Jackline suggested and arranged tours for us. Highly recommend the Serval Wildlife park! We hope to return again!

Excellent hotel, if you don't mind the shower problem

Pros: Staff is super friendly, every question or request were answered quickly and in the best effort. room is large enough for 2 people, and clean

Cons: shower have either very cold or very hot water, not between.... makes the shower disappointing experience
