Good Stay

Pros: It was a nice stay..it was short for me but the staff was really helpful. The room was comfortable.

Cons: The bathroom is shared with other rooms but it was just me during the stay. So was fine

Feel-good oasis with super customer friendly orientation

Pros: Felt at home at Kivuli Lodge. All the employees are incredibly helpful and Frank literally answers messages or calls within seconds to take care of all of your needs - for which I'm very grateful. Would go there again for sure.

Pleasant stay

Pros: The breakfast was nice and different every day. The room was comfortable, and so was the common area. The location is very peaceful. Out of town.

Cons: We were charged extra fee for paying by card, and as of now (April 2025) that is no more legal in Tanzania and shouldn’t have happened. Rooms could have mosquito nets.

Heel aangenaam verblijf. Geen minpunten.

Pros: Heel lekker ontbijt. Er is een heel goed restaurant in de onmiddellijke buurt. Vraag meer info aan de hotel eigenaar. Het hotel beschikt over een verzorgde en afgesloten tuin en is heel rustig gelegen. Er circuleren voldoende tuktuks in de buurt om je makkelijk te verplaatsen. De eigenaar en zijn personeel zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De douche werkt goed.

Pros: The staff is very friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, there was a nice big wardrobe for all our stuff, airconditioning as well as a nice big fan on the ceiling. All in all-i loved it!
