We stayed here before our hike up Kilimanjaro and back again before our safari and then again when our flights were canc

Pros: They had camels on weekends for rides They accommodated my dietary needs They are all professional and polite and welcoming We were stuck when our flights home were cancelled and they couldn’t have been more helpful allowing us to stay longer.. What’s not to like ? They were amazing from beginning to end!!

Cons: There isn’t anything to not like.. I think these guys were amazing

A beautiful place to rest and relax

Pros: It's very beautiful. It's green with lots of trees. The accommodation is very pretty

Cons: My daughter had a leak in her room on the last night which was a bit worrying as it was coming through the light fitting. Our room was lovely though and no issues. I was meeting my family there and they were settled but I got a bit lost as I couldn't easily identify my room. Just having different ornaments on the door would have made it easier but I guess it was Christmas so they had the same Christmas decorations. Pretty but made identification more difficult.

Good stay but could have been better

Pros: Mixed feelings about this property. Some aspects were very positive and the property and grounds are lovely. Several areas to relax and have something to eat or drink. Members of staff friendly and helpful.

Cons: We were given contradicting messages on what is included in our rate, told for example on two occasions that we need to pay for buffet food, only to find out it was included when challenged by our tour agent rappresentative. The food charges were applied at the end as we had ordered other food from restaurant, so some confusion by staff members here! On arrival our bed had wet bedding. On one of the nights there was a loud music / performance which made sleep impossible for hours.

Pros: Good food, good ambience, and picturesque with clear view of Kilimanjaro on a clear day, as that morning happened to be when we were there.

Cons: An episode with a staff that is not worth mentioning but hope by and large the staff is good.

Mooi hotel met zwembad en rustig

Pros: Mooi hotel met zwembad, was rustig omdat meeste bezoekers tijdens de dag op excursie zijn

Excelente

Pros: El trato excelente, el hotel precioso, las instalaciones limpias, la comida muy buena, el desayuno un poco menos variado, pero muy correcto

Cons: Nada, me gusto todo

Heel goed hotel voor een mooie last minute prijs

Pros: Heerlijk ontbijt en diner. Speeltuin en zwembad voor de kinderen, aardig personeel en mooie ruime kamers

Cons: De verlichting in de kamer was erg donker en de douche was zacht maar wel warm
