Best Hotel ever visited in East Africa

Pros: The hotel was very clean..the rooms were very well furnished with exquisite taste of furniture and decor.. the facilities rendered like the fun activities for the kids, one can hardly finish all the activities within the facility in one day!The staff were very helpful and friendly...made us feel at home. Right from the rooms manager Chrispin, the restaurant manager Yovin and last but not least Abdala who made sure our meals were delivered on time..I would most definitely return and recommend others to visit.best value for money!

Very good service and responsive staff at all times.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The massage was great. The meals were great minus breakfast.

Cons: Better breakfast options. They were quite limiting especially on proteins.

Best hotel for a family vacation

Pros: The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff ( Aboubakar ) was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Arusha
