Nomads nest safari house

Pros: Near to the Arusha Airport, near to local markets and city Center. But most important: the host Veronica is a lovely and helpful. We had a great dinner that we paid for an an amazing breakfast.

Clean appartment near airport

Pros: Veronica is a very nice person, she cooked a dinner for us. Breakfast was ok. She communicate in English but any major discussion is done with her son over phone. But no problem, everything went well.

Cons: A little bit difficult to find and the surronding is very local but safe.

Warm and friendly place to stay.

Pros: Vero was a lovely host. She arranged an airport taxi, got a better price for it, arranged an early breakfast and made a lot of effort to ensure everything was great. The room was comfortable and I’d stay there again.

Cons: The property is down a small alley, it’s just worth having your driver call to get met when you are arriving. After that it’s very easy.

Peaceful and beautiful

Pros: Nomads nest was amazing! So clean and comfortable. Really felt peaceful and relaxed there. Everything looks as beautiful as pictured. Veronica was amazing and so hospitable the breakfast she made us was delicious. Couldn’t ask for a more amazing host. She even took me to the markets and helped me pick present for my mother. Could not recommend more.

The place like home, where you get Tanzanian hospitality!

Pros: Very nice house and lovely host — Veronica! :) she welcomed us like her friends, helped with all our needs (directions for money exchange, tuctuc driver, taxi driver, even our luggages). Communication was easy, plus quick responds on What’s up. We did choose this property for our stay before and after safari — it was excellent choice. Veronica prepared for us delicious breakfast (adjusted to our time), full of fruits and protein 😉 During our safari we didn’t had to worry about luggage — we left it there 👌 Another thanks for Veronica! The house is in a good location , everywhere is nearby, tuctuc was great option to go! The room was nice, clean and quiet. Bathroom is separate (shared), but it didn’t bother us. Overall, it’s a great value for money.

Fantastic hosts, lovely and homely place with amazing decor.

Pros: Lovely hosts. Great location near to the Airport and main road. It was a homestay, and Veronica the caretaker took care of all our needs. Martin also came to help us whenever there was some questions and for a lovely chat. Gerald was always available over whatsapp after the initial meet. You have almost that entire home to yourself, get home-cooked meals, relax in the common area with wonderful wifi connectivity. The decor is amazing. Will definitely visit again. It's the hospitality that is phenomenal, Veronica made lovely dishes and the juices and everything was always freshly prepared. Highly recommended.

Cons: The only small thing that could be better is the shared washroom. Would have been absolutely phenomenal in terms of privacy and convenience if we had private washrooms. Note this is not a deal breaker, it's a home, and we didn't have any issue in using the washrooms even when there was another guest in the other room (as the loo and the bathing area are two separate rooms), so not really much of a bottleneck. This is already advertised in the listing as such, so we knew what we are paying for. I'd suggest book both the rooms if you want privacy, you will get the entire place to yourself then. The lighting in the room was a little low, but that's only if I have to be extremely nit-picky.

Pros: We had a lovely stay at Nomads Nest Safari house. The room was spacious and clean with a mosquito net. Veronica and Martin were excellent hosts and really went the extra mile to help out and make us feel comfortable. Veronica even came to the market to help us buy a warm blanket for safari. Highly recommend this lovely place. Veronica's breakfasts were really delicious and we had the best pineapple we've ever eaten!

Amazing!!

Pros: The young host and his mother had wonderful personality and hospitality. We shared stories about each other's countries, and as our schedules happened to coincide, he showed me around Arusha. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast, which included delicious omelets, pancakes, and a wide variety of fruits. Staying at this hotel made my trip to Tanzania better and more memorable.
