I absolutely enjoyed my stay.

Pros: I liked where it was located and very friendly staff .Nice garden . Transport was convenient.

Cons: The breakfast would take really long on some days causing an inconvenience.

Great Bed&Breakfast

Pros: Great Bed&Breakfast! I can highly recommend to stay here. Very good breakfast with pancakes, eggs, toast, coffee and tea, fresh fruits and joghurt. Comfortable rooms and shower. Very friendly and caring hosts. Lovely garden.

Cons: You need to drive some minutes on a Gravel Road to reach Utamaduni House but for us it was not a problem.

Pros: Lovely and caring people, rooms with very nice and individual style, comfortable beds with mosquito-net, great breakfast, safe place with a tropical garden and nice bar

Cons: Nothing What you need to know is, that the bed&breakfast is located in a non asphalted road (as it is often in Africa)

Pros: Looks just like the pictures. Very cute and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. We had a lovely breakfast and all cooked in a power outage :)

Fantastic stay!!

Pros: The hosts went out of their way to help us with any issue we had. The room was beautiful and comfortable. They have a nice garden where you can relax. Also, we had dinner there one night, and the food was incredible! I would 1000% recommend Utamaduni house B&B.

Nice place to land and rest

Pros: Nice quiet place Beatifull relaxed garden Great breakfast with a lot of choise Very friendly owner and personel

Cons: To warm rooms (poor ventilation) Price for laundry (10USD) and food is to high. No near by restaurants Only 3 rooms, Rooms are slightly over rated compared to other mid range hotels

Pros: We ha a great stay at Utamaduni house. The house is lovely decorated and makes you feel at home. The bar in the garden is beautiful too. We had several times homemade dinner, what was ever time very delicious. The location is a bit outside the city center but you always find a driver via InDrive. For us this place was the perfect place for our pre- and post-safari. We could also leave some luggage there while on safari, what was super convenient. Thanks again for hosting us, Chris!

Cons: This is not the hosts fault but maybe important to mention for future guests. There were power breaks every day, most of the time for several hours. So make sure, you charge your phone during night when power mostly came back.

Pros: We slept a total of 3 nights at Utamanduni Hous and were very impressed with the accommodation. The accommodation has 4 very nicely furnished rooms, one common room and a big garden. Chris is a great host and the staff are incredibly helpful. Traditional cooking was done for us in the evening. The breakfast with fresh fruits as well as jam and pancakes is excellent. The property also has a beautifully landscaped garden with a seating area around a campfire pit and a small outdoor bar.

Pros: Beautiful location, delicious food & lots of hot water! Thank you to Joylyn for taking such good care of us. We only saw Chris briefly but he was very helpful for the questions we had. Hope to come back soon!

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect and as expected :)
