Excellent

Pros: The location was great, and the apartments were super clean with all facilities on point. There was a great value for money.

Cons: The security team sometimes is not on one place when you're looking for them

Good location as close to everything.

Pros: Everything. It was a great place to stay. I would stay again. Just would have been little better if you could have purchased cold water and some snacks/

Cons: Not being able to Access to buy cold water and snacks if you did not feel like going out. that was just a small thing. Overall a great place to stay. Everything close by.

comfortable accommodation

Pros: I cooked and ate three meals a day, and it was comfortable to live at home. The market was nearby so it was easy to get good food.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff are exceptional and security was also great!. I will stay there again.

Pros: No Breakfast was provided, the location is good and met my expectation.

Cons: The safe in my room was not working# improvement can be considered by making provision for kitchen needs, like storage containers and washing bowls, colander, easy washing liquid soap.

Overally, I enjoyed my stay at the apartments during my visit to Arusha.

Pros: The reception staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean.

Cons: The bed sheets needs to be changed regularly during the guest's stay. Also the toilet and bath room need to be cleaned on a daily basis.

Home from home

Pros: Super convenient position. Excellent roof terrace. Really handy laundry. Kind staff.

Cons: This didn’t bother me, but it is worth noting that it’s very central so if you’re a light sleeper, expect noise from sunrise from the streets

Pros: Location is very central, near the market and bus station. The apartment is convenient and staff arranging.

Excellent self catering apartments. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Location and the space within the apartments was excellent. We were given room 7B which was an excellent room with a large kitchen.

Cons: Not much really we got what we wanted from it. The property doesn’t have street frontage as it is accessed through a short side entrance corridor. This wasn’t much of a bother however as it was always well lit and staff were always present.

Home in arusha

Pros: I was upgraded to a double room no extra charge. The rooms are large and clean the staff are so friendly and I love that they have laundry. This was my second stay at kibo apartments. I was there for a month in January and Will definitely return again this feels like your own home. You will always feel safe with the security and it's close enough in town you can walk anywhere or hop on a motorcycle

Enjoyable stay with friendly hosts in the centre of Arusha.

Pros: Right in the centre of town. Clean, spacious, everything I needed including good WiFi and an iron. Friendly hosts. Nice lift.

Cons: Bed a little firm. Take earplugs as it's right by the market.
