Pros: Clean, modern and spacious. Convenient area and reasonably quiet considering the city it’s located in. Staff was very helpful and check in was smooth. Would recommend

Wish we had more time here!

Pros: We stayed here for only 1 night and didnt check in until after 10pm and they were fine with that and had everything ready. These places are really nice. We had the 3 bedroom apartment and loved it. Everything is new and working. Very nice stay in Arusha. They also allowed us to store luggage after we checked out which was very nice.

Cons: Noisey from outside. Lots of traffic and people making noise early. Walking from here was a little from from everything

Pros: The hospitality was great. We were welcomed by Weik with our keys, waters, and help with our bags. Erik was there for us for anything during our stay and it was suck a great place that I highly recommend.

Modern and spacious apartment in Arusha

Pros: Westwood Residences was modern, clean, and well-furnished. The reception and staff were very welcoming and helpful. The fabulous view of Mt. Meru was a bonus! The facility had a backup generator that kicked in quickly during power outages.

Cons: Some might like its location in a less touristy, more authentic part of the city; others who prefer having cafes and better restaurants nearby will be disappointed. During the last night of our stay, there was a wifi outage that affected our ability to do remote work, and the wifi still wasn't on the next morning when we checked out.

Nýlegt íbúðarhótel, frábær þjónusta.

Pros: Þetta er íbúðarhótel, mjög nýlegt og allt til staðar sem á þarf að halda. Fengum mjög góða þjónustu hjá þeim sem tók á móti okkur og var mjög hjálpsamur.

Cons: Verið var að vinna að vegagerð við húsið þannig að mikill hávaði var vegna þess.

Pros: Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the elderly gentleman at the counter was so sweet! Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall

Pros: This is the only place we’d stay when in Arusha. Eric at reception is absolutely the best. The accommodations are very excellent, extremely clean and modern. The beds are really comfortable and the showers are great. There’s a balcony that overlooks Mount Meru. There is someone available 24 hours and it is very secure. We even had transportation arranged for us to eat at local restaurants and to get to our next accommodations. Westword Residences is brand new and a respite to the busy city of Arusha. We stayed here in preparation for our five day safari to the Serengeti. For some, this place may be better than home! Come here if you want a wonderful, restful, and highly comfortable place to stay in Arusha!

Pros: 시내에 위치해서 atm, 마켓, 바베큐 레토랑등이 가까움. 새로 지은 건물이어서 깨끗하며 4인실에 침실2개 화장실2개, 넓은 거실과 부엌, 베란다 등으로 엄청 넓음. 엘리베이터로 위층으로 이동 할 수 있음. 침대가 편하고 침구류에 westwood 로고가 새겨져 있어서 고급스러움. 직원(특히 Eric)들과 주인내외분이 친절하고 차량섭외, 심카드 구매, 주변 시설이용에 많은 도움을 주심. 아루샤에 다시 숙박할 기회가 온다면 망설이지 않고 westwood에 머물것임.
