Pros: Loved the coffee plantation surrounding all the individual cottages, the wonderful staff who were very helpful and attentive and the relaxed environment that was created here.

Cons: It would have been great to have a gym on site as well to enable some exercise other than swimming.

Staff and breakfast out of this world

Pros: The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. I can not say enough about the housekeeping staff, they were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The best we had on our 1 month trip in Africa. We also enjoyed our suppers there.

Cons: The pool very much needs some maintenance and an upgrade.

Pros: The staff is absolutely extraordinary and makes every wish come true!

A serene retreat. Very convenient location, close to the airport.

Pros: Beautifullly landscaped property. Spacious and well appointed rooms with a nice personal touch of greenery and rose petals. Excellent cuisine!

Best pristine place to stay in Arusha. Perfect in every count

Pros: The hotel is like an oasis in the bustling Arusha, setting in the coffee plantation, the room and bathroom is spacious and comfortably decorated. The food at both dinner and breakfast was excellent. There are many corners to sit and relax or walk around.

Cons: Check in process was a bit too long, after a long travel to the hotel, standing there for over half an hour just to get the room key was brutal.

Amazing place for rest and exploration

Pros: The staff were the absolute highlight, going above and beyond at every opportunity to make sure we had a great stay. The chef prepared us a special Swahili meal on the last night which was amazing and so tasty and such a treat, can’t say thank you enough! The room was very comfortable and the shower and bath were a welcome great after days on the Serengeti! Shanga was also a fabulous shop and great initiative as well

Cons: Probably the only minor complaint was that the rooms could have used a few more windows to let the breeze in, it got pretty warm in there in the evenings and at night!

Pros: Coffee plantation was interesting. Food was very good.

Cons: Next to main road, which can be noisy 24/7.

A gem hidden among coffee trees

Pros: An impressive Lodge nestled in the coffee fields of Arusha. Not only offering lovely cabins with luxurious bedding and bathrooms, but also a nice pool to dip in after a long day of safari - or work in my case. A big plus is their community work: Shanga workshop employing disabled and deaf people from around Arusha area is located on the grounds. And a zuri café called \

Cons: Prices are obviously for foreigners - the 60min massage was 120,00USD which is expensive even in Europe.

Pros: Charming property, lovely cottages, delicious food, very friendly and helpful staff

Super Verpflegung, fähiges und freundliches Personal, grosse geräumige Bungalows.

Pros: Das im eigenen angebaute Gemüse und die Früchte waren hervorragend. Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen hinsichtlich Qualität und Vielfalt übertroffen.

Cons: Die vom Hotel angesetzten Transferpreise zum 5 Minuten (mit dem Auto) entfernten Flughafen sind übertrieben hoch. Der Swimmingpool ist für eine Abkühlung OK, aber zum Schwimmen eher ungeeignet.
