Great stay

Pros: The staff were kind catered for all my needs and were incredibly outgoing also when i went to Zanzibar they hooked me up with the crest hotel where i was greated by a taxi driver in which they organised and my stay at tge crest qas incredible. The manager Gabriel ensured my stay was 10 out of 10 . Also id like to thank Mary at Kerama Silent Lodge for organising everything.

Pros: Nice place to stay in Arusha is Kerama Silent Lodge. Hight speed WIFI internet inside and outside. I loved all the staff, meals and all the surrounding natural habitats are lovely.

Pros: Unique lodge with great staff I booked online through booking.com but I didn’t except that the lodge will be nice like that and I found that this lodge has 5* service, it truly was overwhelming with how kind and courteous every single staff member I encountered. From the reception staff, to all staff to the lodge. Very attentive touch that was. The beds were so comfortable! I would highly recommend staying before, during or after your safari or staying all together while you are in Arusha!

Cons: - Internet - Dinner - lebensgefährlicher Baum vor dem Zimmer (fällt eine Frucht aus 10m auf den Kopf ist man definitiv tot) - Stromversorgung

Beautiful facilities, nice staff, kitchen needs a chef

Pros: Sinds mijn laatste verblijf in oktober 23 is het hotel afgebouwd met prachtig resulaat: heel mooi zwembad in fraaie setting, de kamers zijn nu heel smaakvol met local art versierd. Ruime en confortabele kamers, tuinaanleg is mooi gedaan.

Cons: De keuken is het zwakke punt, zeer beperkt menu, en een goede chef zou nu zeer gewenst zijn om het hotel een echte uitstraling te gevevn.

Nice quiet affordable place to wait for a safari

Pros: The food was delicious especially the fruit salad it was so yummy, very good location easy to find, the staff are cool, the rooms are so cozy and spacious

Mooi, splinternieuw en comfortabel hotel

Pros: Dit hotel is nu 5 maanden open, en alles ziet er piekfijn uit. Prachtige kamer, goede bedden, luxe badkamer, alles functioneert, heel goed allemaal. Lodge is gelegen in grote tuin, en het is inderdaad stil, zoals de naam doet vermoeden. Zwembad is in aanleg, in ruime setting en zou eind oktober klaar zijn. Ontbijt was keurig, beperkt in keuze, maar zeer waarschijnlijk door het beperkt aantal gasten aanwezig. Heb ook de cabins gezien in de tuin met 2 persoonskamers, zagen er ook prima uit. Aardig personeel.

Cons: Ontbijt was goed maar beperkt in keuze.
