Welcoming comfortable and relaxing.

Pros: The generous room and bathroom area. The pool and elevated position.

Cons: Slightly cold at night at the bar restaurant but the staff quickly offered and rapped us in warm Masai blankets (this was in June 2025.

A lovely peaceful oasis with great restorative power.

Pros: A lovely peaceful oasis, everything was of the highest standard. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and nicely presented, and the food was delicious and based on fresh local ingredients. We stayed there after a week of self driving and camping in the Serengeti and found it very restoring relaxing and lying by the pool for a day. One extra thing we really appreciated was their attention to limiting waste. Eg there was no unnecessary packaging or plastic eg no single use shampoo bottles, even the straws were metal. Environmental friendliness fits well with the whole Heart and Soul Package. A special thanks to Claudia for being so friendly and welcoming at every meal!

Relaxing stop before or after the game drives

Pros: Beautiful lodge in the countryside with nice pool and very friendly staff. Rooms are big and clean. We recommend the place 100%.

Cons: No wifi in the rooms. They are working on it. Wifi in the lounge area is good.

Pros: Wry we’ll located, nice view on lake manyara, beautiful garden, perfectly clean. Easy access to Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro… Only internet access can be improved.

Cons: Quiet. Very good food. Especially clearly the best meat found in Tanzania and soon all vegetables will come from the garden ! Kind personnel

Pros: The place is very clean, very well maintained, the stuff is friendly, welcoming,responsive and very helpful. It’s exceptionally green and soulful, definitely worth the money, would visit again and recommend it to everyone.

Cons: Breakfast was not having variety or spread especially for international tourists. Little improvement in breakfast spread is recommended
