Highly recommend
Pros: Food was great, staff were friendly and it is a huge property with many different areas to spend time.
Cons: The rooms are definitely not soundproof - there was a large party happening close to the room that kept us up for a few hours.

Pros: Very welcoming staff. Jamal from reception and Junis from the bar were very attentive and very motivated to fulfilling whatever is needed. Njiro climax should be very to have them in the team. Furthermore, we experienced some issues with our flight and had to postpone the shuttle on very short notice. Even this and the additional night to reimburse were not a problem. All in all a very good customer experience which we loved. It's a bit off the city which should be clear if staying here. But for some days just to relax perfect and in case something is needed, there are several grocery shops around. WiFi worked and also we did not have a problem with hot water as this was mentioned in some reviews. Very good pancakes for breakfast:)
Cons: Maybe add a shower curtain to the bathroom

Pros: We stayed there for two nights, one before and one after our safari. The rooms are basic but fine. They are clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower refreshing and the aircon is working. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to check out the pool, but it looked nice and refreshing. The host is also super friendly and helpful, even organized a half-day trip for us to Arusha. Location is go for a safari to the usual spots. For the price (we paid USD 50-60 per night), nothing to complain about. Thus 5*.
Cons: Nothing to complain about for the price charged.

Definitely recommend if you’re in Arusha
Pros: Perfect location to start your safari or other activities around. nice quiet area away from the busy side of Arusha. Staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and good communication, generally very nice people Room was clean and nice with comfortable bed and smart TV Wifi was not great but good enough Bathroom and shower were good enough The balcony with the Mountain View was super Swimming Pool it’s perfect to enjoy after safari or other activities Food and drinks were good at a very affordable price We’ve combined Safari in Tanzania with Beech days in Zanzibar and I can say that from our total of 5 different budget accommodations this was our most comfortable one… Highly recommended!
Cons: Can’t say anything bad for the money we’ve paid, maybe a heated swimming pool, as it can get cold to swim in it …

Pros: Excellent location at edge of Arusha, away from the hustle, bustle and noise of the town, with spacious, lush gardens. Staff are very enthusiastic, helpful and quick to sort out any issues that may arise. Special thanks to Jamal and Eunice!

Pros: Stayed for a very short 1 night - less than 12 hours, so can't say too much. Bed was comfy. Shower was hot with good pressure. Staff were super friendly.
Cons: Was a little bit of a missmatch of modern and old bits so had a confusing feel about it in areas

Pros: Our stay at Njiro Climax in Arusha was truly enjoyable. The environment is peaceful and well-kept, perfect for anyone looking to relax. What stood out, though, was the food — delicious! Every meal felt homemade with care, full of flavor, and satisfying. It honestly exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Eunice, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Her warmth and attentiveness made my stay even more memorable. I’d highly recommend Njiro Climax for anyone visiting Arusha. Great hospitality, tasty meals, and a cozy atmosphere — we will be back!
Cons: I’d love to see a wider wine selection in the future — it would be a great touch to complement the amazing meals

Lovely experience!
Pros: We loved the spaciousness at this hotel, the pool and food. Cassim the bartender stood out but all the staff were so friendly.
Cons: Wifi a bit weak in the rooms, but not a deal breaker.
