Very good

Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff, and a luxurious, comfortable room that made the stay very enjoyable.

Cons: Short stay, and since I didn’t need to go into town, needing a taxi wasn’t an issue.

Pros: had a wonderful stay at Savannah Hotel.What made this place truly special were the two sisters who work there m,incredibly kind, warm and caring. From the very first day I felt welcomed and looked after like family. A special thank you to Farida who is an amazing person with a beautiful heart.On my last day she even made braids for me, which was such a lovely and unforgettable gesture. The hotel is very clean,calm and peaceful,perfect for relaxing.The bed was extremely comfortable,and I slept very well every night. Breakfasts were delicious,and even when I had to leave very early in the morning,they prepared a takeaway breakfast for my journey,which I truly appreciated. Thank you for the warmth,care and beautiful memories. I will remember this place for a long time and I would happily come back. Asante Sana.

Pros: The staff were really welcoming and cooked delicious food! The beds were comfy and the showers had hot water.

Cons: It was quite loud on the streets until late and the fan in our room was really loud.

Pros: This was a fantastic place to stay, the staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for you. The rooms were so lovely, and also had the most incredible food here too. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Arusha.

Pros: The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and the exterior is very pleasant for chatting and meeting people.

Pros: This was a very beautiful property and the staff were great. They welcomed us at 1AM with a smile and were so kind and helpful. The breakfast (included) is enormous and delicious! I also recommend eating the local Swahili dinner. It's worth the 10$.

Cons: It's a bit far from the city center, but the staff kindly helped us with taxis!

Pros: Amazing place, the ladies that are managing the place are making the most to make you feel welcome and to answer all the requests. Delicious breakfast and dinner. And the decoration of the whole hotel is just a piece of art!

Great stay in Arusha!

Pros: Good location away from the busyness of the centre, and close to amenities. Friendly staff. Very comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good and the dinner was worth it.

Cons: The ceiling fan mounting points might need a little tightening to reduce noise, but that’s a minor issue.

Food, hospitality, fire, hot water and comfy beds. What’s not to like?

Pros: Received a very warm welcome, and the dinner & breakfast was so generous! Cute & cozy oasis in an unassuming location. Clean and spacious rooms with hot water (like actually hot water) in the bathrooms. The fire at night was a nice touch too. Would be the perfect place for those looking for a place to relax before/after a safari, or a backpacker looking to treat themselves!

Cons: There are some very cute & affectionate cats wandering around. If you have allergies, this could pose a problem.

Pros: - Very nice location and beautiful decoration in and outside of bedrooms - offer of having a traditional dinner, which was delicious - bonfire at night that creating a relaxing atmosphere - oustanding staff (extremely friendly and communicative), so we felt very welcomed at this place

Cons: Some misunderstanding because of our way to the airport. We were told that our driver comes later but that was not the case. So we had 10 minutes to pack our things and get ready to go to the airport... But might have been a misunderstanding in terms of language from both sides.. At the end everything worked out well.
