Pros: The homestay has a beautiful environment. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and tidy. The breakfast was rich. Standing on the second floor platform, you can see the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. It is not far from the center of Moshi Town and the price is reasonable.

Pros: I liked everything- from location, which is in very quiet area, to staff that is very friendly here, so you reallyfeel home. Breakfasts are something else- very filing and delicious. Rooms are kept clean. They have hot water. From the property you can see Kili. I highly recommend staying at this place.

Cute place to feel at home and start to explore the area
Pros: My stay at Karibu Africa was absolutely fantastic. Communication beforehand was excellent; we arrived in the early morning and were welcomed, Winnie and Neema prepared breakfast for us at any time, even if we woke up very late. Breakfast was plentiful, with delicious pancakes, eggs, fresh fruits, coffee, and tea. Drinking water was also provided. Besides the simple yet cozy interior, there's a small garden with a huge but friendly dog, a rooftop terrace from which you can see Kilimanjaro on a clear day, and a clothesline (great for backpackers and those traveling for multiple weeks). Even though I'd been to Moshi before, the information from our host Peter and driver John allowed me to explore some beautiful areas. They also offer tours that are truly worthwhile. All in all, a clean hostel for budget travelers who don't want to compromise on comfort, cleanliness and independence. I'll definitely be back.

Amazing host, nice rooms and good location
Pros: Yard is beautiful and you can hang out with your friends at bonefire or hammocks. Peter is so helpful and friendly, he was helping me with everything. Rooms are nice and clean. Location is perfect, quiet but still close to town. Breakfast is fresh and there was lot of options.

Amazing host & and a beautiful place
Pros: The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and Peter, the host, was a huge help in organizing trips and making my stay truly unforgettable. The place was clean and cozy, with a beautiful atmosphere and a stunning view. I can definitely recommend booking this place!

Spacious with a lively dog!
Pros: Very friendly dog. Nice clean spacious room and a garden to relax in.
Cons: Bathroom flooded and didn't drain. Needed ability to mop up.
