Pros: Excelent option near the Kilimanjaro airport (25 minutes). Recommend using their driver pickup service. Great value for money and kind hearted people.

Excellent budget option in reasonable proximity to Kilimanjaro Airport

Pros: We stayed twice at Safi House. The first time our incoming flight was delayed and we didn't arrive till 2 am. Safi House driver was there waiting for us despite the hour! It is about 25 minutes from the Kilimanjaro airport, making it one of the closest options. It is not expensive yet you feel like an Italian has designed the rooms. Nice hot shower. Comfortable bed. The staff are sweet, though only the lady of the house spoke English well. Communication via text or email was excellent. Can't fault the place.

Pros: Very clean rooms with airconditioning, warm shower, great breakfast. VERY friendly and helpful staff. They made dinner for us and helped with arranging taxi to airport which was a little under 30mins away.

Pros: Very practical for one night stay to reach the airport early. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The host was very nice, they even prepared for us some coffee and tea when we needed to leave at 2 AM.

Cons: Maybe not easy to find, our driver struggled to find the place, they might add some guidance panels

Highly recommend Safi House, even more so if you need to be close to Kilimanjaro airport.

Pros: Very modern, clean, and friendly. Even though budget price, the hotel is very nice.

Cons: The location is close to Kilimanjaro airport, but down bumpy dirt roads with absolutely nothing around. But, the hotel is an oasis, so don't let the location hinder you from staying

Pros: I recently stayed at this accommodation, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything went very smoothly, and I felt warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived. The staff deserve special praise – the service was exceptionally friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. They were always ready to help with a smile, which made my stay especially pleasant. The airport transfer and other additional services, like meals were also handled seamlessly and reliably. All arrangements worked exactly as agreed, making the entire trip stress-free and easy. I can warmly recommend this accommodation to anyone who values great service and smooth, well-organized arrangements. I would definitely stay here again!

Great choice around the airport

Pros: Loved all the nice people there. They made us feel at home. Had a good sleep before the flight. Since our flight has been cancelled, they kindly offered a late check out.

Best stay ever

Pros: This has to be one of the best air bnb I've ever stayed. It's in the middle of nowhere but the home was clean, big rooms, they also have toothpaste and toothbrush. The girls were amazing the breakfasts to die for, unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the breakfast spread.
