Pros: Very lovely and welcoming host and close to the airport

Three nights stay by old postie

Pros: Aileen is a fabulous lady and host. Mostly people use the bungalows as a place to stay for only one night on the way back to the airport from Kilimanjaro hiking or safari. However they are missing staying at a lovely quiet place, with good WiFi, air conditioning and attraction's, like waterfalls and hot springs near by. These were sorted for me by Aileen who will also cook you anything for breakfast or an evening meal as long as she has the ingredients. I hope she gets to see a F1 race one day.

Cons: Nothing all good

Perfect location before having an early flight.

Pros: Friendly host who also made us dinner in the main building - felt like having dinner at her own house. Nice with living room outside the bedroom. We left at 3 am and the host came out and her driver took us safely to the airport.

Pros: The meals Irene cooked were better than my entire safari trip.

Comfortable, feels like at home enjoyable short stay.

Pros: immaculate rooms, spotless public areas, and attentive staff who maintain high standards all this contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Will definitely come back. Thank you.

Cheap and modest room

Pros: The lady is nice and cooked for us a very good breakfast! The location is very convenient as it’s close to the Kilimanjaro airport. The bedsheets and the floor are very clean. You should expect a quite modest place but you’ll sleep well and have no problems whatsoever! the value for the price is good. This accommodation was perfect for us because we just needed a cheap place to stay for one night as we were in transit before the start of our safari.

Cons: the shower was very cold (even though I turned on the switch and waited a few minutes as instructed)

Stressful situation after missing our flight home but staff did all they could to help us, even cooking us a lovely chic

Pros: Large accommodation, staff were amazingly helpful and helped us out of a sticky situation after missing our flight out of Kilimanjaro

Cons: Air con was a bit noise in one of the bedrooms but otherwise all was good

Le Parlour - great place for stopover before flight

Pros: Le Parlour was a great place to stay for a one night stop over before our return flight home... Communication , pickup & drop off , room and breakfast all good 🙂 Good value and it's always nice to support local bussiness.

Pros: the manager and all the staff were very friendly and gave a nice home feeling. the breakfast and lunch were home made fresh and delicious, the lunch was without a doubt the best value for money meal we had in Tanzania. the hotel is in a village close to the airport, ideal for stay before/after flight. we stayed at the hotel the entire morning, they let us do late checkout for a small fee, it shows they are used to such requests (late arrival / early deaprture / late checkout/etc.) and are happy to help as needed room was as expected, spacious and humble, good value for money, wifi in the room was good. The hotel arranged travel for us to/from the airport very convenient ($20 per family per direction)

Cons: There is not much to see or walk around (it was cloudy so we couldn't see Kilimanjaro, they say it is a nice view on clear days), water in the shower is not amazing,

Great location and staff

Pros: The location was excellent to Kilimanjaro airport and also close to the Chemka hot springs. The staff were amazing and very accommodating, they made us dinner late as our trip back from the safari arrived late. They went out of their way to help.

Cons: The shower wasn't hot.
