A warm, heartfelt, and nourishing stay.

Pros: We had a warm and heartfelt welcome at Christina House. The dinner was made especially for us by two lovely women from the local area, and served to us by Eric, who gave us a charming and informative lowdown on the origins of each dish. I can’t describe how delicious and nourishing the food was. It tasted like it was made with love and care. The pumpkin soup, was an absolute knockout, so delicate and comforting. The dinner felt like a gentle ceremony of some kind. We invited Eric to sit with us for a while and had a stimulating and genial conversation, what an interesting and impressive person. The gardens are gorgeous, and abundant with flowers and a friendly kitten.
