Pros: Beatiful and large villa s in a safe and well managed location. The villa's are clean, quite new and comfortabele. The road is a little bumpy but no problem at all to get there. You feel at home immediately and the location is safe due to 24/7 guard. Irene is very kind and supportive to help you with all your questions. Have a nice stay!

An unforgettable stay marked by warm hospitality, delicious local cuisine, and exceptional comfort.

Pros: The property was easy to find using Google Maps—we drove straight from the airport and arrived within an hour. From the moment we stepped in, the hospitality was superb! We were warmly welcomed with refreshing wet towels and a glass of fresh juice. We had pre-ordered dinner prepared by their chef, and it turned out to be the most delicious meal I’ve had in Tanzania. The next morning, breakfast was equally impressive—every bite was a celebration of flavor. We wanted to experience authentic local cuisine, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. Since it was cold in Arusha, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room comfortably heated. For warmer days, the room is also equipped with A/C. The cleanliness and quality of the property are impeccable. We are already looking forward to staying here again on my next visit!

Cons: I could not find a thing to criticize but blamed myself for not booking for a more days
