Overall, We had an enjoyable stay and would gladly return.
Pros: The place offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere, with friendly staff and a welcoming owner. We were connected with a reliable and friendly motorcycle rider for regular trips. We also appreciated being allowed to stay past check-out time while waiting for our transport. The facilities were exactly as shown in the photos.
Cons: The Wi-Fi connection was a bit inconsistent at times, and the outdoor area could benefit from improved maintenance.

Awesome n Delightful
Pros: Mella Homes ambience is as on the photos in a calm safe environment , cleanliness is up to par 5 star hotel standards. The host is also quite responsive, warm and welcoming. Sound system can attest is also good. Hot showers, comfortable beds and clean sheets , all appliances working well. Security is not an issue and location is quite central and very close to the town and access to restaurants, shops, bus stops are within reach. Only 5-10 min walk and 2 min via bike, bajaji or taxi. Don't hesitate to ask the host to assist on the means of transport to the house, actually it is a big advantage as you won't need to keep looking for someone who knows the area well or being overcharged. For sure coming back anytime I'm in Arusha. Definitely recommendable. See you soon Malaika 😇 and Pamela✨
Cons: The road access to the home, a low car struggles quite a bit especially when it rains. But that's the local government's work sadly. Other than that wonderful place for a stopover , staycation or remote work. Definitely recommending to others.

Pros: Mella Home Arusha, when I arrive There was someone there to meet us with the keys, We get a warm welcome and introduction to the property which was Very clean, also with very good amenities. for our comfort, fridge, tv, very nice sound system and hot water as it gets a bit cold in Arusha at nights, was really feeling at Home and relax, it's very quiet and peaceful, Totally full joy my stay and I would definitely return and recommend others to come ...Exceptional Service.
