Cons: Wifi deed het niet op de kamer. We waren de enige en personeel bleef ons maar aanstaren...eten duurde 1.5 uur voordat het klaar was en was niet zo lekker. Ontbijt was prima

Pros: La estadía en el Hotel Medan fue muy placentera, especialmente por el espacio y distribución de los departamentos que ocupamos. Cuentan con una amplia cocina, la cual funciona a gas y electricidad. El establecimiento cuenta con una conexión a Wifi de calidad, funciona muy bien, para hacer video llamadas y trabajar. Personal muy amable y atento. Realizan aseo diariamente en las habitaciones y hay agua caliente para bañarse. Muy recomendable para largos periodos de hospedaje. Medan esta a 10 minutos en auto del centro de la ciudad. Esta ubicado en un sector tranquilo, se puede encontrar un almacén cerca.

Cons: Como elemento a mejorar se indican los siguientes: - cortes de electricidad, que si bien no depende de ellos, el funcionamiento del generador es manual por habitación y a veces un poco tardío. - En el aviso se indica que la cocina esta full equipada, sin embargo cuando llegamos no había microondas, ni ollas, ni platos, lo cual fue solucionado durante nuestro primer día. Hubo mucha disposición de parte del Manager para solucionar todos nuestros requerimientos y problemas :-). - En el aviso se indica que el establecimiento cuenta con Gym, pero no es así, no lo hay. - Las duchas no tienen cortina o mampara para detener el agua.
